Break Free From Vaping Without Relying on Willpower

When vaping feels automatic, frustrating or difficult to control, hypnotherapy can help you change the subconscious patterns that keep the habit going.

At Quit With Greg, I offer calm, focused stop vaping hypnotherapy from my Malvern clinic, supporting clients across Worcester, Ledbury, Tewkesbury and the surrounding areas. Online sessions are also available.

Even if you've tried to quit before, change is still possible. By working with your subconscious mind, you can reduce the urge to vape, feel more in control and begin seeing yourself as someone who no longer needs it.

The first step is a free, no-obligation 30-minute phone consultation.

3 Simple Steps To Get Started

Here's What To Do Next...

01

Start with a relaxed, friendly phone call.

This is your chance to have a quick chat about your vaping, have questions answered and decide whether The Quit Session feels right for you.

There's no pressure and no obligation - just honest guidance to help you feel clear, informed and ready to take the next step.

02

We schedule your Quit Session.

If you choose to go ahead, we'll book your Quit Session and give you instant access to your Quit Success Kit which includes practical preparation guidance, so you know exactly what to expect and can arrive feeling calm, focused and ready.

Your tailored two-hour session is available in Malvern or online.

03

Attend Your Quit Session.

In one focused, two-hour session, we’ll explore your experience of vaping, including the habits, triggers and thought patterns that have kept it going.

Using hypnosis, we’ll then work with your subconscious mind to change those patterns at a deeper level, helping you leave the session feeling free, in control and ready to move forward as a non-vaper.

How Hypnotherapy Helps You Break the Vaping Habit

Hypnotherapy is designed to help you work with the subconscious patterns behind the habit.

Instead of fighting it with willpower alone, we focus on changing the automatic response. The Quit Session helps you interrupt the old associations, strengthen your decision to stop, and feel calmer about becoming vape-free.

The aim is simple: to help vaping feel less necessary, less attractive, and less connected to who you are now.

What People Say After They've Stopped

"Greg is a wizard! I had a strong desire to quit smoking for good and he helped me cement my decision. I went into a deep trance with the guided hypnosis and never thought about wanting to smoke a cigarette again. I recommend his services for the effectiveness and professionalism he practices."

“Would really recommend Greg and hypnotherapy practice. I went a month ago, and honestly was quite cynical about it but was willing it to give a shot on the basis that I'd tried everything else. Greg was really good at making you feel comfortable and it was a really good session. I think you can only get out of it what you put into it too, you have to want it to work, but I'm a month smoke free as a result so it was a really positive experience for me.”

“I was reserved at the concept of hypnotherapy as I have been smoking for 10 years I did not think I would be able to possibly quit. Greg helped me massively and I can happily say I have given up. Thank you for your support. Have and will continue to recommend you :)"

Why Vaping Can Feel So Damn Hard to Quit

Vaping isn't just a bad habit. It becomes a mix of nicotine, routine and emotional association.

Nicotine

Nicotine can create a physical pull that keeps the cycle going. Even when a part of you wants to stop, cravings can make the habit feel urgent.

Habit

Vaping often becomes linked to everyday moments: driving, working, drinking coffee, taking a break, feeling bored, or winding down at night.

Emotion

Many people vape to feel calmer, more focused, distracted, rewarded, or comforted. That is why simply trying to "be stronger" isn't enough.

Many people struggle to quit vaping because they rely on willpower alone. What often begins as a way to stop smoking can quickly become a new habit of its own.

The pull to vape isn't just physical. It's reinforced by routines, triggers and subconscious associations built up over time. Hypnotherapy helps address those deeper patterns, bringing your subconscious mind into line with your conscious decision to stop so you can feel more in control and break the habit for good.

Why Stop Vaping?

Your health

Vaping was sold as the "safer" option and while the NHS is clear that vaping is substantially less harmful than smoking, that isn't the same as harmless.

E-cigarettes are still relatively new, and the long-term effects on your lungs and body simply aren't fully known yet, however more and more research is bringing to light the damage vaping has on our health.

Vapes deliver nicotine - often more than a cigarette, thanks to nicotine salts - which keeps you dependent, disrupts your sleep, and can leave you feeling wired, anxious and short of breath. Illegal or non-compliant vapes carry added risks, sometimes containing far more nicotine than UK law allows, or other substances entirely.

Your freedom

Reaching for a vape dozens of times a day isn't really a choice any more - it's a reflex. It's a lot more controlling than you realise. Being able to sit through a meeting, a car journey or an evening out without thinking about your vape is its own kind of relief.

Your money

It's easy not to notice, because it leaves your account a few pounds at a time. But add up what you spend on refills or pods across a week, then a month, then a year - most people are genuinely shocked by the total. What will you put your hard-earned money towards when you walk away from it?

I walked out feeling calm as if smoking had never been a part of my life.

"It has been a week since seeing Greg for my hypnotherapy session to give up smoking! I can honestly say I feel amazing and money well invested. Greg made the whole experience feel natural and easy. I walked out from our session feeling calm and as if smoking had never been a part of my life, and I feel the same a week on, no cravings, just feeling free and no longer carrying a burden, which smoking had become to me! I would definitely recommend Greg. Many thanks. : )

Stop Vaping Hypnotherapy FAQs

Here are some questions I commonly get asked.

How many sessions will I need?

The Quit Session is designed as a single focused session to help you break free from the vaping habit which runs for approximately 2 hours. The free consultation helps us decide whether this approach is suitable for you or not.

Will I still get cravings?

Many clients report little to no cravings, or that cravings feel far easier to manage because the mental "pull" is gone. Some describe it as if they know they could pick up a vape but they no longer have any desire to do so.

Is hypnosis safe?

Yes, absolutely. Hypnosis is safe when used appropriately by a trained professional. All we are doing is tapping into a very natural ability we all possess. You’re in control the whole time, you’ll still hear everything being said, although you may not remember it all - and that's fine because your subconscious will always be listening.

What if I vape all day?

That is very common. The frequency and amount of vaping done makes no difference to the session and your ability to quit the habit for good. Vaping can become an automatic part of the day, especially because it is so easy to access. We will look at your specific pattern and the moments where the urge is strongest.

Do I need to stop vaping before the session?

You are asked to not vape 24 hours before your session. That is all. What matters most is that you genuinely want to stop and are ready to make the change.
